Amy Owens

Award-winning operatic soprano Amy Owens enjoys a diverse career in music and entrepreneurship. She has soloed in beloved venues across the nation, including Carnegie Hall, the Kennedy Center, and Lincoln Center. As a voice teacher, she coaches over 100 singers worldwide and serves as program director for The Young Voices of Santa Fe Opera.

Amy Owens is known for her “high-flying vocals” and “scene-stealing” charisma on operatic and symphonic stages.

Amy was a resident artist with Utah Opera, Wolf Trap Opera, Santa Fe Opera, and Central City Opera, and was a grand prize recipient from the Sullivan Foundation in 2014.

The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events, including ours, are self-organized.
